Life transitions
A held hour for change — loss, beginnings, and the in-between.

Life transitions sessions hold the in-between: a move, a loss, a new role, an identity that no longer fits. We use energy work, breath, and simple ritual so the nervous system has a place to land while the story is still unfinished.
Rites for ordinary change
You do not have to be in crisis to need a container. This hour is for the quiet disorientation that follows change, and for building one small rhythm you can keep when everything else is rearranging.
You do not have to feel like yourself yet. You only have to keep one small promise.
The work is to remain in your body while the future is still forming, present enough to choose, soft enough to grieve.
What you will experience
Sessions combine rest, conversation, and a practice you can take home. The aim is steadiness, not a forced sense of closure.
- A calmer system in the middle of change
- Space to name what is ending and what is not
- A simple ritual you can repeat through the week
- Less isolation in the in-between
- More capacity to meet the next true step
Transition is not a problem to solve in one sitting. It is a season to be accompanied, one honest hour at a time.
For the season after the decision
Come if you are leaving a job, a relationship, a city, or an old version of yourself. The session welcomes first-timers and returning clients who want spiritual practice that can hold real life.

No. Sessions are shaped around where you are, curious, returning, or already in a regular practice. We will offer gentler options whenever you need them.
Wear comfortable clothing you can rest or move in. Water is available. If you have a journal or an intention you would like to hold, you are welcome to bring it.
Most private sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. Circles and sound baths are listed with their length when you book, so you can plan the rest of your day.
Energy work and mindfulness practices can support well-being, and they are not a replacement for medical or mental-health care. We are glad to work alongside other providers you trust.
