A daily practice does not have to be long to change how you meet the rest of the day. Start with a few minutes of stillness, then notice what becomes available when you stop rushing the first hour.
Begin before the world arrives
Keep the first stretch of morning unhurried. Light, water, and one honest breath are often enough. If you want a fuller container, book a session and we can shape a practice that fits the life you already have.
A simple sequence
- Sit or stand by a window and name three things you can see.
- Place a hand on your chest and lengthen the exhale.
- Write one sentence about how you want to meet the day.
If the morning already feels full
- Choose one cue you cannot skip, such as the kettle.
- Attach sixty seconds of stillness to that cue.
- Protect it for a week before adding anything else.
Steadiness is built in small returns, not in perfect mornings.
When you are ready to rest the whole nervous system, not only the first hour, read How to rest in a sound bath.
